Cozy spot for exploring around 🌟 Had a blast and the late shift staff were super friendly. The room had 2 comfy beds and everything was really clean all around!

The hotel is excellent and fairly clean with superbly friendly staff working on the second shift.

Was given a different bed size than reserved. Room had garbage in it.

The bed was not comfortable at all also there was a strange odor in the room.

The accommodations were clean, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the rooms smelled fresh.

Our stay here was great, the room with 2 beds was well-kept and a nice size.

I don't think there was anything I liked about this location.

None of the amenities that were supposed to be available were even on location. We were awaken in the middle of the night by a fire alarm because of a dispute between another patron and a staff member. The place was not clean. The hallways smelled heavily of marijuana. Staff offered no apologies for any of the issues we endured.

I liked the cheapness of the hotel. The convience of it being so close to our destination.

I did not like how the room was so dirty. The vanity wasn't wiped down the mirror wasn't clean in the bathroom. I felt like I couldn't touch the counter cause there were stains and marks from the last guest.

Checked in at 3am on Saturday morning and needed the room until Sunday. I expressed this to the lady at the desk and she said ok it will be $72.00 well 11 that afternoon while at a conference I get a call saying I have to pay another 72.00 because it was only good until 11 on Saturday mind you I checked on Saturday at 3. So we get to the hotel that night already mad and the guy at the desk was very rude because he couldn't figure out that he needed to run my card. this was the worst experience ever at this place. I will never stay again.

The location is great, close to Westlake Shopping Center, and the room is very spacious with a comfortable bed, making it a good choice.

The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful.

He had a slight problem with our room we had reserved a king suite but ended up with double bed do to over crowding which was kind of a bummer. Also wished we could have been able to order movies and would have loved if there was a pool.

The kitchenette was well-equipped and the closet was spacious. The location was conveniently close to the function facilities we needed. The staff was friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service. a good value for the price. The small snacks provided for breakfast were a nice touch.
